New to the IDKN family: the 120-025 Air-injector flat spray compact nozzle

The proven IDKN family is growing: With the new 120-025 model, Lechler is expanding its product line with a nozzle that combines consistent environmental protection with high performance in the field. Less drift, fewer losses, more responsibility – for agriculture that conserves resources.

New to the IDKN family: the 120-025 Air-injector flat spray compact nozzle

With the IDKN 120-025, precision meets productivity: This compact, air-injecting flat spray nozzle produces exceptionally low drift and delivers a wide range of droplet sizes – from extremely coarse to fine. The result: excellent crop coverage and reliable penetration of the crop canopy.

The goal is a 90% reduction in drift – the application has already been submitted to the JKI (Julius Kühn Institute, Federal Research Centre for Cultivated Plants). This means that crop protection products land exactly where they’re supposed to – on the target area instead of in waterways, hedges, or neighboring crops. This protects not only the crops being treated but also the surrounding environment.

Designed for a nozzle spacing of 25 cm and a spray angle of 120°, the IDKN 120-025 really shines at low application rates below 200 l/ha – even at higher travel speeds. Lower application rates mean reduced water consumption and more economical use of chemicals: good for the environment and good for operating costs.
