Laval Flat Fan Nozzle Lances

Special twin-fluid nozzles for DeNOx applications.

The Lechler Laval flat fan nozzle is a special nozzle designed to match the specific requirements of the SCR and SNCR processes. The air/liquid mixture exits via three outlet holes creating a wide and flat spray pattern with an even better area coverage. The droplet spectrum and the impulse of the droplets can be adjusted by changing the air/liquid ratio.

For optimum process results in denitrification, the droplet size and velocity are of decisive importance. We help you to select the appropriate nozzle and a suitable control concept in order to achieve the best possible distribution of the reducing agent and the optimum penetration depth of the droplets into the flue gas stream.

Our nozzle lances are project-related  designs and are manufactured taking into account the local and process-engineering conditions as well as the regulations for DeNOx applications. Furthermore, customer-specific versions with options such as protection tube and barrier air connection as well as shifting devices for adjusting the insertion length can be realized.
