With the Lechler Zero Downtime Service, you not only extend the service life of your cleaner, but also avoid downtime caused by irregular or delayed maintenance.
Best of all, you can carry out the maintenance yourself! Thanks to the detailed maintenance instructions and original Lechler spare parts, self-maintenance is child's play.

Simply order the right maintenance kit for your cleaner and get started. The price for the maintenance kit (can be used once per nozzle) and for the special tool (can be used several times) is available on request.
Please note that for safety reasons, ATEX-certified products can only be serviced by Lechler Full Service (see below).

The Lechler Full Service
For ATEX-certified products, the maintenance of your tank cleaning nozzle must be carried out at Lechler for safety reasons. We are happy to support you here with our full service to keep the downtime of your system to a minimum and ensure that your cleaner is brought back into operation as soon as possible. You just send in your cleaning nozzle and our experts will take care of everything else.
Procedure of the Lechler Full Service
- Download the return form and complete it.
- Send the completed return form to the following e-mail address service(at)lechler.de.
- Upon receipt of the return form, we will contact you and inform you of the address to which you may send your nozzle.
- The price for maintenance is available on request.
