Lechler XDT 130-04 Twin flat spray nozzle approved by JKI

The extremely drift-reducing XDT 130-04 twin flat spray nozzle with symmetrical 40° forward and rear angling has been tested and approved by the Julius Kühn Institute (JKI) for use in agriculture.

The following drift reduction values have already been confirmed:

  • 95% drift reduction at 1.5 – 5.0 bar
  • 90% drift reduction at 5.0 – 8.0 bar

The following conditions of use apply to the classification:

  • Use in a 20 m wide border area with up to 5.0 bar
  • Target area distance: 50 cm
  • In the field edge area, the two nozzles closest to the edge must be closed.

The XDT 130-04 therefore already offers a reliable solution for applications where a 90% drift reduction is required – for example, within the framework of NT 145 and NT 146.

The Lechler XDT 130-04 nozzle focuses on maximum precision and efficiency. The nozzle is suitable for PWM systems and enables high acreage performance thanks to its wide pressure range. In addition to its extreme drift reduction in the whole pressure range, it also ensures on-time application even under unfavorable weather conditions.

The double flat fan of the XDT 130-04 ensures optimum deposition, as spray shadows are significantly reduced. Thanks to the integrated MULTIJET bayonet system with nozzle in the cap including gasket, nozzle replacement is quick, safe, and convenient.
