Extendable cleaning nozzles

When a certain fluid pressure is reached, the rotating cleaning nozzle of PopUp Whirly is automatically extended from the enclosure. These free-spinnng rotating nozzles can be installed flush in the tank wall. They are also suitable for cleaning pipes. They are of particular interest for applications in the food and beverage industry as well as for the pharmaceutical and chemical industry.

The PopUp Whirly Air was specifically designed for the automated cleaning of ducts and cyclones – ideal for situations where cleaning nozzles cannot remain in the process. The extendable cleaning nozzle is designed for operation with steam (SIP) and can be used under vacuum conditions in the tank, thanks to the double-acting pneumatic cylinder.

The PopUp Whirly Air Hygienic has been developed for cleaning pipes, ducts and cyclones. It is intended for automatic cleaning when the cleaning nozzle shall not remain in the process.

The series PopUp Clean is used for cleaning agitators or other spray shadow areas. The tank cleaning nozzle made of high-quality materials convinces with its compact and robust design and can be installed flush with the wall.
