Series 5P8/5P9 "PopUp Whirly Air"

The PopUp Whirly Air was specifically designed for the automated cleaning of ducts and cyclones – ideal for situations where cleaning nozzles cannot remain in the process. The extendable cleaning nozzle is designed for operation with steam (SIP) and can be used under vacuum conditions in the tank, thanks to the double-acting pneumatic cylinder. The nozzle is installed flush with the inner wall of the system and extends pneumatically for cleaning. A freely rotating rotor ensures thorough cleaning of all surrounding surfaces. After the cleaning process is completed, the nozzle automatically retracts into the housing and seals it reliably and tightly. The PopUp Whirly Air is designed for easy inspection, cleaning and maintenance.

The version 5P8/5P9 Vertical Duct & Tower is particularly suitable for cleaning vertically installed pipelines (ducts) as well as spray shadows areas in towers. This makes the PopUp Whirly Air the ideal solution for plant areas where vertical structures or hard-to-reach zones require targeted and powerful cleaning.
