Printed circuit board production, wafers and alkaline texturing
Nozzles are used in several, sensitive manufacturing steps. In the production of printed circuit boards, this takes place in a variety of photosensitive, mechanical and chemical processes. Wafers are circular or square, about one millimeter thick discs produced for microelectronics, photovoltaics and microsystems technology. Nozzles are also used for alkaline texturing.

- For the process steps of developing, etching and stripping regarding manufacturing circuit boards, different nozzles are applied in a typical inner layer line.

Application: Disinfection, humidification, cooling.
Nozzles for wafer cleaning
Series 490/491
Non-clogging nozzle design. Stable spray angle. Particularly even liquid distribution. Series 490/491 represents a new generation within the axial-flow full cone nozzles product group. These nozzles were developed using state-of-the-art-design and simulation methods (CFD).
Applications: Cleaning and washing processes, surface spraying, Container cleaning, foam precipitation, degassing of liquids.

The PVDF MicroWhirly is made entirely from PVDF and designed to work in a corrosive environment. It is also suitable for contact with food and the application of foam, and can be used for cleaning equipment - all for a very good price-performance ratio.
