Hygienic Spinner 2 series for highly optimized tank cleaning
Powerful and reliable – this is how Lechler nozzles for tank and equipment cleaning are known. With the second generation of the free-spinning, proven tank cleaning nozzles of the Spinner series, Lechler is now entering a new dimension and enabling further optimization of cleaning processes.
The NanoSpinner 2, MicroSpinner 2 and MiniSpinner 2 have been technologically improved yet again, so that they are setting new standards with their improved hygiene and higher permissible ambient temperatures.

Functional properties
The rotating cleaning nozzles of the Spinner 2 series are assigned to cleaning efficiency class 2 and are designed for perfect rinsing as well as the removal of light soiling. With this task profile, they are predestined for use in the food and beverage industry as well as in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry.
The spray head of these free-spinning rotating cleaning nozzles is driven by the cleaning fluid by means of specially aligned slots. The rapidly repeating impact loosens the soil and rinses it from the tank surface. The Spinner 2 nozzles achieve their optimum effect in small to medium tank sizes at low pressures (1 to 3 bar).
The Spinner 2 series products are made entirely of AISI 316L stainless steel, which allows their use even at high temperatures up to 250° C. In addition, this ensures the use of a wide range of different cleaning agents.

HygienicFit – The perfect supplement for our rotating cleaning nozzles
The HygienicFit adapter was specially developed for the hygienic connection of Lechler rotating cleaning nozzles. The adapter is welded directly to the supply line so that the rotating cleaning nozzle and the adapter form a clean unit.
MaxiSpinner 2 – The fourth and biggest member of the Spinner series
As the largest model in the Spinner series, the MaxiSpinner 2 was already launched on the market in May 2021. It convinces with the same advantages as its smaller siblings.
