The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS). This platform can be found at the following link: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Consumers can use this platform to resolve their disputes arising from online contracts.

We will not participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures within the meaning of § 36 VSBG. The use of an alternative dispute resolution body is not a mandatory prerequisite for calling competent ordinary courts.
