Our IntenseClean 5TA series now has a successor: The new Lechler MeshClean combines everything that has made us number 1 in tank and equipment cleaning over the last ten years – a holistic product concept. That is why the MeshClean not only impresses with its uncompromising cleaning power, but also sets new standards in terms of hygienic design, process reliability and service life.

Functional properties
The rotating cleaning nozzle of the MeshClean series are assigned to cleaning efficiency class 5 and are designed to remove persistent soiling in small to medium-sized equipments. With this performance profile, they are predestined for the use in the food and beverage industry as well as in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
The spray head of these gear-controlled high impact tank cleaning machines is driven by the cleaning liquid. Our patented spur gear ensures not only the right speed, but also sufficient torque. Downtimes are thus almost a thing of the past. With its precisely tuned kinematics, the MeshClean generates a 360° impact and leaves no spot uncleaned. The MeshClean achieves its optimum efficiency with small to medium-sized containers at low pressures.
Thanks to the use of high-quality materials, the MeshClean can be used at temperatures of up to 150 °C and is thus also suitable for use with steam.

Our "Perfect Match" for tank cleaning nozzles: the HygienicFit adapter. It was specially developed for the hygienic connection of Lechler tank cleaning nozzles. The adapter is welded directly to the supply line so that the rotating cleaning nozzles and the adapter form a clean unit.
