As a newcomer to Lechler, you will be warmly welcomed by our colleagues. Our tasks vary and you can quickly move into other departments. Questions? You may try working in as many departments as you like – we will be happy to answer! This will make you well rounded during your training because we are a large network. Everyone shares their knowledge and likes being asked questions. We take trainees with us, involve them and show them that there are bridges and connections between everyone that works here. We build these bridges and we use them because it's fun and it's our formula for success.
Unsere Ausbildungsbeauftragten stehen Ihnen in den einzelnen Abteilungen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Sie haben oft selbst bei Lechler gelernt oder studiert, so dass sie Ihre Fragen aus eigener Erfahrung beantworten können.
Our training officers in the individual departments are there to provide advice and practical support. They have often learned or studied with Lechler themselves, so that they can answer questions from their own experience.
An assignment abroad already during the training, trainee projects, trainee excursions and assignments in socially oriented institutions make learning at Lechler a unique start for the professional life of young people!
