Lechler expands nozzle range for crop protection and liquid fertilizers

Lechler has added new products to several of its nozzle series regarding agricultural nozzles with drift-reducing technology. Farmers now have even more ways of efficiently applying crop protection products and liquid fertilizers.

Lechler expands nozzle range for crop protection and liquid fertilizers

The nozzle series IDK 120 has been extended to include nozzle sizes -08 and -10, increasing the application rate even at faster driving speeds. Furthermore, the IDK 120-06 is now also available in a low-drift ceramic design, which is particularly suitable for larger farms covering a high number of hectares.

The ID 120 series has also been extended to include size -10, meaning that it, too, can achieve higher delivery quantities at faster driving speeds.

The ST 110 standard nozzle, which is still used in many export countries, now also comes in the larger size of -025 and therefore offers greater choice in terms of application quantity and driving speed.

The new FS nozzle series rounds off Lechler’s range of liquid fertilizer nozzles. It comprises a multi-orifice nozzle with optimized cross distribution that outperforms competing products. The 7° spray deflection achieved by the FS nozzles reduces the jet force, protecting the crops even at high application rates. The dosing orifice on the FS nozzle can be removed without tools, enabling it to be cleaned easily in the event of soiling. The ten nozzle sizes available (015 to 15) are made of POM and are all ISO color-coded. A patent has been filed for the asymmetrical spray formation.

The proven FD range of liquid fertilizer nozzles has been extended to include nozzle size -02 to allow liquid fertilizer to be applied in even smaller quantities.
