Pneumatic atomizing nozzles
Pneumatic atomizing nozzles are available in various designs to comply with specific spray and flow requirements:
- self-aspiration (siphon principle)
- supply of liquid from a vessel located at a higher level (gravity principle)
- supply of liquid under pressure (pressure principle)
- mixing of fluids inside or outside the nozzle
- full cone or flat fan spray pattern

Pneumatic full cone atomizing nozzles
Pneumatic full cone atomizing nozzles, however, should be used, when a compact, circular impact or a major reach is required, e.g. for
direct air humidifying, for gas cooling or for chemical process applications.
Pneumatic flat fan atomizing nozzles
Pneumatic flat fan atomizing nozzles produce a flat spray pattern with extremely fine droplets and spray angles up to 80°. These nozzles are particularly suited for applications requiring fine droplets and a wide linear impact.
Further pneumatic atomizing nozzles
The series 140 ensures a particularly fine full cone atomization. Series 176 ViscoMist allows the separate control of atomizing and air. The nozzle valve 140 is made of stainless steel housing in combination with a solenoid valve and allows a flexible timing of the spray application.
