The PopUp Whirly Air Hygienic is installed flush with the inner wall of the system and gets pneumatically extended for cleaning. Once cleaning is completed, the spray nozzle retracts by spring force and closes tightly.
The integrated IO-Link ready position-monitoring sensor informs the operator permanently about the current nozzle-position. Thanks to the pneumatic retraction the PopUp Whirly Air Hygienic can be operated and flushed with compressed air. Furthermore due to its design the nozzle is self-draining in almost any orientation.
